At the top of the document, the term “Medical Treatment Application” was indicated, and Abby’s prisoner number was also indicated. From the looks of it, it was clear that she was permitted to a hospital.
Quintin had to hack into the general control center of the Patel Prison to find out Abby’s profile and her exact whereabouts.

In the conference room of Sullivan Group Someone’s phone rang.
